Enable Windows Prerequisites for TIA Portal Installation
Before installing TIA Portal, it is recommended to enable several Windows features to prevent errors related to .NET, IIS, or communication services during setup. In the Windows Features window, enable .NET Framework 3.5, .NET Framework 4.8 Advanced Services, the required WCF Services, and if needed, Internet Information Services (IIS).
